This module is designed to help your smaller vendors to generate, store, and send out Purchase Order Confirmation / Advanced Shipment Notices to you. Using this module, category managers will receive comprehensive details of upcoming POs and any disruptions and delays in delivery. They can send the notice to warehouse management system to generate receipts, plan pick-up routes, and update item dimensions master data if any discrepancies occur.
For specific use cases such as GS1 standard adaptation and FSMA 204 compliances, the dashboard will be configured to include data fields that are mandatory for compliance. Both category managers and vendors will have the ability to generate tracking numbers (e.g. GTIN, SSCC, traceability lot code) and manage / export the traceability record.
