Techno-Functional Lead – Retail SaaS & Vendor Portal
This position is open in our North America offices. (Remote)
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Lead who can blend deep retail domain knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to drive successful implementations of our platform and related consulting initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of experience in retail IT, with at least 3+ years in a techno-functional leadership role.

Strong knowledge of merchandising systems, vendor portals, product information/master data management, and retail deal/promotion management.

Hands-on expertise with retail ERP (Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, or similar) and system integration.

Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in requirements gathering, solution configuration, and SaaS delivery.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Simplain Vendor Portal modules or similar SaaS platforms.

Business Analyst – Retail Domain
This position is open in our North America offices. (Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong retail domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with retailers, wholesalers, or consumer goods companies, with a solid understanding of retail processes such as merchandising, category management, supply chain, promotions, and vendor collaboration.
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, solutions are aligned with business objectives, and implementations deliver measurable value.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the retail or consumer goods sector.

Strong knowledge of retail processes such as item management, pricing, vendor funding, promotions, assortment planning, or supply chain.

Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, business process modeling, and writing BRDs/user stories.

Familiarity with retail enterprise applications (ERP, MDM, Vendor Portal, Planogram, POS, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.

Knowledge of Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Aptos, Revionics, Blue Yonder, or similar retail solutions.

Data Integration Specialist (Retail Domain)
This position is open in our North America offices. (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist with a strong background in retail systems to join our team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing data integration workflows between enterprise retail systems (merchandising, vendor portal, ERP, POS, supply chain, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL tools, APIs, data lakes, and cloud integration technologies.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data integration / ETL development.

Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Experience with integration tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, etc.).

Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain our enterprise Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The DBA will be responsible for installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, patch management, and monitoring of Oracle databases across production and non-production systems. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and SQL tuning, as well as the ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application requirements and troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, a deep understanding of database architecture, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Techno-Functional Lead - Retail Supply Chain
The ideal candidate will have experience 8-10 years in the retail management systems domain ( Master Data Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Point of Sale, Direct Store Deliveries, Inventory Management, etc..) and strong working knowledge of Oracle. The candidate should work with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership to the Enterprise system implementation team. The ideal candidate will have good analytical and problem-solving skills and can manage a globally distributed technical team with diverse cultural background and technical expertise.
Senior Software Engineer
This position is open in our Los Angeles, India, and Canada locations. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in developing hardcore enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable problem-solving experience and strong expertise in at least one application programming platform ( Java, .NET, Python families). Working with an ETL tool (Talend, SSIS, Boomi, etc..) is a plus.
UI/UX Engineer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Engineer to design and implement intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
