StreamCollab (previously named Simplain Vendor Portal) is more than a portal application. It is the only fully closed-loop, end-to-end commercial intelligence platform that help retailers to manage all vendor, item (merchandise), and promotion data within one digital ecosystem. It is a foundational pillar in an organization's AI transformation journey!
Yes! All the modules can be purchased individually based on your business needs. You can also mix and match different modules and create your own solution bundles.
StreamCollab can be integrated into virtually all backend ERP systems via API. We typically see customers integrate StreamCollab with their PIM, accounting systems, EDI software and legacy systems. For certain ERPs (SAP S/4 HANA, Orcale, SymphonyAI) and data repositories (GDSN, Syndigo), we have built-in connectors so retailer users can have a seamless experience from day-one.
We’re SOC1 and SOC2 compliant. Our application is run on Microsoft Azure. Every customer will have their own instance, so their data remains secure and isolated.
Our contract includes a one-time implementation fee and annual SaaS subscription fees. Our pricing depends on the amount of data our application has to process and manage. Typically, we take into consideration the number of stores, SKU counts, and integration requirements.
